What we collect

Account data (email and authentication identifiers), profile preferences you set, saved searches and candidates you enter, subscription status from our payment provider, and messages you send through the contact form.

Why we collect it

To run the matching engine on your criteria, keep your saved searches, provide the plan you paid for and answer your messages. Nothing more.

What we never do

We never sell your data, never use it to train AI or machine-learning models, and never build advertising profiles. Pivolar contains no AI.

Processors

Hosting and database services store your account and application data, and Stripe processes payments. Card details are handled by Stripe and never reach Pivolar's servers.

Retention

Account and profile data is kept while your account exists. Contact messages are kept while they are needed to handle your enquiry.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time through the contact form.
