Refund & cancellation policy

Cancellation

You can cancel at any time from the Billing page. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, then reverts to Free. Your data and saved searches are not deleted by cancelling.

Refunds

Subscriptions are billed for the full period you chose. If you were charged in error, or a technical fault prevented you from using a paid feature, contact us and we will resolve it.

How to request

Send a refund request through the contact form with the date of the charge. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method by the payment provider.

Plan changes

Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated by the payment provider. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal.
